ASC Staff Training

About the Programme

A well-trained personnel is the main resource of ASCs.
Therefore, the project includes a 5-module training program to train and prepare all pilot ATCs.
Module 1 covers the role of local self-government in providing administrative services and fulfilling its legitimate and delegated authority with regard to the delivery of administrative services.
Modules 2 and 3 describe the ASC concept and the arrangement of ASC operations.
Module 4 is designed to improve communication skills of ASC staff, develop proper communication standards when interacting with citizens, and cover gender issues.
Module 5 is a complex of theme-based trainings for each group of administrative services to be provided (registration of official records of births, deaths and marriages, passport services, registration of residents, real estate, business, etc.)
