Location: Kyiv.  Type of employment: part-time, up to 75%.

SKL International is looking for a self-motivated, well-organised and efficient team member who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage people and processes to achieve the expected results in a limited time. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the field of administrative service delivery, has excellent analytical skills and experience in comprehensive reporting work in tight time framework.

Description of the assignment

The following is a preliminary outline of the areas of responsibility of the Peer Exchange and Quality Assurance Expert:

• To coordinate and manage work of the Peer Exchange component (selection of participants, organizing study visits and internship programmes, providing reports and data continuously to the management team);
• To coordinate the process of receiving request from Hromadas via Help Desk function (establish an on-line tool, disseminate tasks to regional coordinators, archive provided support to Hromadas);
• To provide clarifications to NIRAS regarding implementation of Terms of Requirements (ToRs) for hromadas 2-4 rounds;
• To contribute to monitoring activities of the Project (collect and aggregate data, and analyses trends and correlations vital for the Programme’s implementation);
• To ensure that cross-cutting issues such as gender, environmental sustainability and zero-corruption tolerance is taken into consideration in peer exchange activities, as well as in reports;
• Administrative and archiving support to the Project.
